Project Details:
Need a resource with PBX / Telecom skills that can be trained on a partner telephone system.
We need someone to sit in the customer HQ network center and monitor installs of new phone systems and provide remote assistance to installer where required.
The customer will train this resource on the systems, troubleshooting, and typical fixes during installation.
Work will be 8 hrs a day, M-F, for 3 months, possibly 4 depending on rollout schedule.
